What to take to rehab. It is hard to get ready to come into rehab if you are struggling with your addiction. So it would be a good Idea is, to get someone to do this stage with you. Preferably a family member or friend is always advisable. Never worry if you forget to pack al the things you need. Most if it can be purchased locally or we can get items sent from your home. We wont see you go without. Here is a list of what to bring to rehab, if you are coming in for addiction treatment.

- You will need to bring you dressing gown, pyjamas, slippers.
- Bring your own towels
- Cloths that you are comfortable in for the time of year. Indoors and outdoors. Underwear, shirts, Jeans / trousers, track suite, shoes, socks, etc
- Family photos.
- Cash and cards
- Personnel toiletries
- Mobile phone
- Cigarettes, Vapes
- Any important paperwork relating to your addiction or health.

If you have any medication prescribed by your doctor. This will need to be in their original packets so we know the medication is subscribed to you are the amounts are correct. We will also need your doctors details if there is a problem with your medication.

- Objects which are sharp (self harm)
